Prenatal Education
I have come to notice that parents who seek out more education prior to delivery have greater success. They are more prepared and less anxious when it comes time to put the plan in motion. Available in person or virtually.

Lactation Support
Focus on current concerns and basics such as normal infant behaviors, milk production, latching, hand expression, milk transfer, infant sleep, skin-to-skin, assessment for oral ties, sore nipples, pumping / supplementation, rest, hydration, and nutrition for mom. Hands-on visit in person or virtually.

Infant Feeding Support
Together we will observe a feeding session, determine ways to increase efficacy and comfort with positioning, correct bottle choice or feeding device and work together to help resolve any issues you are encountering. NG and G tube assistance available as well.

Back to Work Support
Strategies for preparing to go back to work. We will discuss pumping, flange sizing, milk storage, milk supply, paced bottle feeding, create a pumping plan and routine. In person or virtually.

Postpartum Support
Extended 1:1 postpartum support for several hours at a time. Appointments are offered for either 5 or 8 hours.

We will meet for 60-90 minutes to discuss any concerns you have. I will educate you 1:1 about what you can expect toward the end of your pregnancy and into the first few days after delivery. My experience has shown that parents who work with me before delivery have greater success. They are more prepared and less anxious when it comes time to put the plan in motion. We will cover milk production, skin-to-skin, hand expression, latching and breastfeeding positions, how to know if your baby is getting enough, bonding, parental rest, breast pumps, storage and handling of breast milk, going back to work, and anything else you want to know. I recommend you schedule this visit 1-2 months before the baby is due. Available in person or virtually.

We will meet for up to 120 minutes to focus on your current concern and cover the basics, normal infant behaviors, milk production, latching, hand expression, milk transfer (pre and post-feeding weight), infant sleep, skin-to-skin, assessment for oral ties, sore nipples, pumping / supplementation if needed, rest, hydration and nutrition for mom. We will create a plan together for success over the next few weeks. Hands-on visit in person or virtually.

We will meet for up to 75 minutes to provide professional support with infant bottle feeding, NG tube, and G tube feeds. I will perform a detailed analysis of birth and feeding history. Together we will observe a feeding session, determine ways to increase efficacy and comfort with positioning, correct bottle choice or feeding device, and work together to help resolve any issues you encounter. Hands-on visit in person or virtually.

Reassess for progress and reevaluate areas of concern, infant weight, update plan as needed, and answer all questions and concerns you may need to have addressed. Hands-on in person or virtually.

Make sure you have all the help you need with this package! Schedule a 1:1 prenatal visit to know what to expect before baby arrives, when baby arrives schedule an initial visit to help develop a routine and assess any issues then book a follow up to reassess and reevaluate how things are progressing.

Set of three follow up appointments

These elite lactation and infant care visits are designed to provide extended 1:1 support postpartum for several hours at a time. I will come to your home and provide infant feeding support for 2-4 feeds consecutively. Between feeds, we can discuss infant care, learn about pumping, hand expression, infant sleep, parent self-care, safe sleep, and pumping or you can rest and sleep while I tend to the baby’s needs. Appointments are offered for either 4 or 8 hours. Must be an established client. Please call or text to book this type of appointment. Appointments are available during the day or overnight for an additional fee.
